Pre-Fall 2016 Runway Trend: The Wide Leg

    The next trend I am going to be sharing from the pre-fall runway shows is... The wide leg pant! There are a variety of lengths, colour and pant styles. Many styles are one colour and very minimalistic. Some standouts of the style were:

Shop The Trend: Rose Quartz

     One of the biggest trends for Spring is the colour Rose Quartz. Many designers included the colour in their SS16 runways. Of course not everyone can afford the luxury of designer clothing. So I have put together a list of affordable pieces in Rose Quartz:

SS16 Runway Trend: Rose Quartz

     One of the biggest colour trends on the Spring/Summer 2016 was Rose Quartz. It is also one of Pantone's it colours for Spring. Rose quartz is the best for those who live colourful lives or want to add a little bit of colour to their wardrobe. Some runway standouts were:

Pre-Fall 2016 Runway Trend: Chunky Knit

     The next trend I am going to be sharing from the pre-fall runway shows is... Chunky oversized knit sweaters! Of course knits always come back in the fall but some are CRAZY chunky and it is amazing. Many styles are monochromatic but some are very bold. Some standouts of the style were:

Spring/Summer 2016 Runway Trend : Bohemian

     Spring seems to be coming faster and faster, we are already in February and the temperature is heating up. A theme I noticed on the runway for Spring Summer 2016 is the Bohemian style. It's all very 70s and floral and it is adorable! Some runway standout were:

Lip Of The Day : 06-02-2016

     The city of Toronto has been getting increasingly more and more sunny. And it seems to me like Spring is coming early. I decided to sport a bright lip today seeing how the sun was shining. So today's lip colour is: Lime Crime's Velveteen in "Suedberry".

     I'm sporting a pretty bright blue eyeshadow, it is also by Lime Crime form their Venus 2 palette in the colour "Filter". I also tried out the glitter root look, and am in love with it! If you'd like to see my Outfit of the Day video you can see it on my YouTube channel here.

Pre-Fall 2016 Runway Trend: Fur Coat

     I know the fall time seems so far away, but pre-fall runway shows are happening now. I couldn't help but start to put together a runway analysis. Thinking this far ahead will also allow you to take spring pieces you may find and bring them into the fall.

     I am obsessed with coats, which you can really only wear when its chilly out. Which is why every season but summer are my favourite seasons.
